About Us

Kandi Kane Christmas Tree Farm was established in 2015.  We, Scott and Kathey Staggs, are a retired military family.  We have been in Clarksville since 2000. We loved the area so much we decided to make it our permanent home when Scott retired as a disabled veteran from the Army in 2010 after 23 years.

A Christmas Tree Farm has been a dream come true.  It gives us a chance to learn and grow right along with the trees.

We grow mainly Blue Spruce and Norway Spruce, but also have planted Canaan Firs and Murray Cypress recently. Our total number of trees planted to date is approximately 2000.  We have had a great time tending to the growth of our trees and plan to add more species as time goes along.

We are a choose and cut farm with Blue Spruce  and Norway Spruce.  We will have Pre-Cut Fraser, Canaan and Firs each season beginning in the 2017 Christmas Season.  You will be able to choose a wreath and garland from a variety  of sizes, as well. 

Our Gift Shop and Gourmet Popcorn and Sweet Treat Shop will be open in the 2024 Christmas season.  Bring the kiddos for fun on the playground and crafting. Our hayride will be up and running for 2024 and will take you on a ride around the farm and through a Christmas themed lighted trail through the woods.  We hope we can become part of your Christmas tradition!! 

WE ARE ANNOUNCING 2022 AS OUR FIRST YEAR FOR BLUE SPRUCE CHOOSE & CUT TREES!!!   There will be a limited number to choose from, so  be listening and watching for more info on the price and date they will be available. There are several trees that need more time to grow before they will be ready to go home with a loving family.  We will still offer pre-cut Fraser & Canaan Firs, as well as wreaths of several sizes.
